Top Ten Books I Really Love But Feel Like I Haven’t Talked About Enough/In A While:
1. Sloppy Firsts by Megan McCafferty
I’m planning on rereading this entire series this summer because well, it just needs to be done. Plus, I want to do some reviews or book talks with this series because I love it so! If you haven’t read this series yet, you should totally join me, because it is so good! 🙂
2. In Real Life by Jessica Love
This is a recent read of mine but I really loved it. I’ll have to set up some book talks/discussion posts concerning this book! 🙂
3. Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
This is another recent read and I’m not sure if my review is coherent enough, but I really enjoyed this book and haven’t talked much about it at all!
4. Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
This was a great book and it was my first dive into the LGBTQ+ scene and it won’t be the last! Not to mention I cannot wait until her sophomore novel comes out!
5. The Giver by Lois Lowry
I’ve been wanting to see the movie but I wanted to reread this book before watching the movie and I remember it being one of my ALL-TIME favorite books and I feel like I just don’t talk enough about it!
6. The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
This is another one of my ALL-TIME favorite books and I know I don’t talk about it enough! I rather enjoyed the Leo Dicaprio movie version and am really itching to do a reread of this as well!
7. Cress by Marissa Meyer
I know, you’re probably thinking “Why is Cress on this list instead of Winter?” Well, to be honest, I haven’t read Winter yet. I’m planning on doing that after the wedding in a couple weeks, but I really did love Cress and I know I didn’t talk much about it at all!
8. Hexed by Michelle Krys
I read and reviewed this one when I was working over on Bookish Lifestyle. I’m planning on doing a reread and a book talk/review over on this blog because I remember loving this book and I have the second one ready to go right afterwards!
9. Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
This book is just so beautifully written. Within the first chapter, I knew that I would autobuy anything by Laini Taylor because her writing is just gorgeous! I haven’t finished this series yet. I still need to grab the third one so I can binge the last two together. Can’t wait to talk more about this series!
10. Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen
Can you ever talk about Pride & Prejudice enough? Nope. And I really want to see Pride & Prejudice & Zombies, even though I’m not a huge zombie person BUT MATT SMITH IS IN IT! Granted, he plays Mr. Collins who is one of my least favorite characters, but still.
