As you can see, I am super picky when it comes to boys names.. It’s weird. Like I like a lot of boys names, but not so much for naming my child. haha. What names would you use for your children? Or have you named a child after a character or literary figure?

Elizabeth is such a beautiful, classic name, and there are so many nicknames for it. I love Josephine, too. I mentioned on someone else’s post – when I used to watch Boy Meets World, was determined I was going to have a little girl, name her Josephine, and call her Feeney. LOL Nice list!

Elizabeth and Jo are both great, and I like Isla- it’s different. Mara too. As for the guys I kinda like Dallas.

I love Adelina (it’s too close to my name though), Josephine, and Isla so much! They’re all very classic and beautiful names. I did my Top Ten on cat names, so my list is a bit different, but some of my favorites are Winter (The Lunar Chronicles) and Emilia (Salt to the Sea)!

Hey, I know this was awhile ago but I totally didn’t realize it put up my name, so could you possibly just edit this comment to say Adalyn? I can’t believe I did that, and I’m sorry if this is a hassle for you.
Oooh nice! Adelina is getting so much love today!! I REALLY need to finish her series! Only 1 book in. Sigh…I fell behind. Or I decided to wait until book 3 to finish the trilogy because I believe I heard book 2 had a cliffhanger, but alas, I’ve wrapped myself up in review books at the moment. Can’t wait to finish her series though!
And wow! Just awesome names all around! I always liked the name Hunter for a boy too! I can’t remember if I used that name in one of my own WIPs. Possibly a very old draft. One of those ones that will stay buried in its box never to see the light of day! LOL. Unless I need that pick me up to show myself how far I’ve come! Heehee! Great list!

Adelina really did get a lot of love for this topic and I am so happy for it! I love that name! But I’m in the same boat as you, I’ve only finished book 1, I was waiting until the third came out so I can binge read the rest! 🙂 So that’s what I have to do now! haha.
