#ReadADessen Campaign [Keeping the Moon]

Thanks to Penguin Random House, I get to be a part of the #ReadADessen Campaign, which is about highlighting all of Sarah Dessen’s books counting down to her newest book, Once and for All which releases this June! Not to mention, Penguin is also giving away a FULL SET of Sarah Dessen books, so go enter down below!

I’m personally doing a Read Along of every Sarah Dessen book and each week I provide a post with discussion questions and I will also be reviewing every book. If you want to participate in that one click the banner below!

Sidenote: I was provided a paperback copy of Keeping the Moon by Penguin Teen as a #PRHPartner. This in no way affects my opinions of the book!

Colie expects the worst when she's sent to spend the summer with her eccentric aunt Mira while her mother, queen of the television infomercial, tours Europe. Always an outcast -- first for being fat and then for being "easy" -- Colie has no friends at home and doesn't expect to find any in Colby, North Carolina.
But then she lands a job at the Last Chance Cafe and meets fellow waitresses Morgan and Isabel, best friends with a loving yet volatile relationship. Wacky yet wise, Morgan and Isabel help Colie see herself in a new way and realize the potential that has been there all along.

I have not had the chance to read and review this book yet, considering the past week or two I’ve been getting ready for the birth of my child. Which if you’re reading this on the day it is posted, she should be here by now! But as soon as we get settled back at home and in a routine, I will be diving into this one and I am super excited for it!

Have you read Keeping the Moon? Tell me what you thought of it? If not, have you read any of Sarah Dessen’s books? Let me know in the comments and let me know what’s your favorite one!

It was a blast writing a psychological book. Challenging, to be sure, but fun. As far as the “thriller” aspect, I’ve […]
